One of the many successes of Chartwell is its catering to the families of our community. As it states in the Club's Mission and Vision Statements, the club is "a family oriented club." Family and children events are scheduled year round and include age specific activities as well as traditional events. Of course, the Club's sports programs offer great opportunities to learn swimming, tennis and golf, as well as compete.

 Chartwell Kids' Camp is held three times each summer and offers kids ages five and up, a partial or whole week of golf and tennis activities, arts and crafts, custom lunch, culinary lessons and an afternoon at the pool.

Our Junior Committee has been planning many new events with all age groups in mind. A few new events planned this year include glow in the dark mini golf, game night, Movie on the Range and age appropriate game night.

Other Activities and Events for children and their families include state of the art instruction, tournaments, kid only parties, and regular Parental Freedom nights that provide supervision for kids while their parents enjoy the Club and of course, plenty of fun!  The Club’s annual social events including Brunch with the Easter Bunny and Easter Egg Hunt, Dive-in Movies, Chef’s Cooking Classes, Etiquette classes, Summer Waterpark, Santa Brunch and more are enjoyed by children of all ages throughout the year.
