The Tennis & Wellness Pavilion at Chartwell Golf & Country Club is your last stop in search of an all-encompassing fitness facility! 

The fitness space is complete with top of the line equipment, elite group classes, and certified personal trainers. Classes such as yoga, HIIT, and Indoor Cycle are offered to give you a balanced fitness routine that we know you'll love.

The Wellness Pavillion is open from 8:00 am - 7:00pm, everyday. After hours access the pavillion is available from 5:00 am - 8:00 am and from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm with a Key Fob.

Chartwell Golf & Country Club’s Fitness Class Description


Members are asked to register for group fitness classes by 8:00 pm the night before class is scheduled, if no one has registered by then class will be cancelled. Registration is required to ensure instructors know who will be attending, this allows them to set up for the class and sanitize work areas. Classes are currently limited to 5 participants to ensure proper spacing and compliance with current health and safety protocols. 

Barre: Barre uses dynamic and isometric movements that work deep into the muscles, seamlessly transitioning to deep stretches to balance the body. Pulling from the principles of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet combined with body sculpting techniques, this class will leave you empowered and inspired to create a better you.

Body Sculpt: This class is a great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle.  Participants will find themselves performing a variety of intense isolation exercises with free weights, resistance bands and other weight training equipment. 

Bootcamp: A combination of stretching, strength, endurance, and interval training including lifting, plyometric, plus some CrossFit style exercises

HIIT/Dance: Combination of low to high intensity moves utilizing interval training to burn calories while having fun

Functional Full Body:  Bodyweight movements, conditioning work, and supersets work together to help you build a stronger foundation for a functionally fit physique.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): A full body workout using rigorous interval training sequence with high intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.

Indoor Cycling: Our newest fitness class utilizing the most advance indoor cycling bikes featuring color code intensity indicators providing an ideal fitness environment for every level rider.

Low Impact HIIT: Low impact full body workout utilizing high intensity exercises. Builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.

Step Aerobics: A cardiovascular workout that the step in varying speeds, directions and positions. This workout strengthens and shapes the lower body, one step at a time.

Stretch: Focuses on the principles of core strength utilizing the fundamentals of Pilates.  Stretches major muscles utilizing a variety of methods.  This class is a perfect fit for those busy with everyday activities and/or athletics like tennis or golf. Participants will see increased flexibility with each and every class they attend. 

Yoga: This Vinyasa yoga class is designed for all fitness levels with no prior yoga experience required. This flow-style class provides the perfect combination of continuous movement and breath awareness to create a true mind body connection. When breathing and circulation are working well, the body also has a natural rhythm wherein the organs are toned and refreshed, preparing you for a busy day ahead. 

Yoga for Golfers: Golf conditioning yoga is one of the easiest ways to restore, improve, and maintain optimal functional movement patterns and maximize golf performance.

Friday Variety: Instructor’s choice for a total body workout! Each class will vary in style from TRX to Barre to cycle sculpt and more!
